Whenever the windows defender antivirus appears at the top sorted by CPU usage that's when the gpu jumps to 100% even tho task management shows its using 0%gpu and 23%cpu.ĭuring idle when it appears to happen out of nowhere it's was because Google backup and sync was checking 26 thousand files and then google service appears under the antimalware process along with defender antivirus service. Tried Windows defender full scan and then I realized. Task manager shows 100% gpu usage but the processes only show they are using a small fraction. Not games or gfx software running.ĭownload and run Malware-bytes scan found nothing.
